Maserati has announced that the presentation of the new 2021 Maserati Grecale SUV will take place in November, without providing further details.
Maserati is preparing a new model in the range, which will be slightly smaller than the current Levante and would be developed on the architecture of Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The future Grecale SUV will be produced at the Cassino plant, the same factory where Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Giulia are assembled.
The Italians published in February the first teaser images with the new model, which was “surprised” around the Maserati plant in Modena. The builder also revealed in May images under camouflage with the future Grecale, which was tested by the head of Stellantis, Carlos Tavares.
The company now announces that the official presentation of the Maserati Grecale will take place in November.
According to unofficial information, Maserati Grecale will be equipped with a V6 biturbo engine in the top version, and will also offer a 2-liter engine and 280 hp. Maserati will also develop an electric version of the new SUV.
